To be eligible for the certificate of excellence the participant must complete the written and practical evaluation. only those who pass both tests will receive the certification which will be printed from the website of leea. it will submit these certificates from the uk. for some unfair reason arbrit can only provide you with a participation certificate if you are unable to register.
